Even though I dread going into my annual appointment, the staff is always nice and I can’t say enough about Dr Claudine Sylvester. She is the best! She is gentle and keeps me distracted from my nerves, turning the visit into a pleasant one. The office staff is very nice and the environment is nice and clean.
I had a problem over the weekend, I called Doctor Sylvester on Monday morning and she made the time to see me immediately. Her courteous staff helped me in asked me some questions and took a urine sample. When the result came, Dr. Sylvester came in to discuss my diagnoses, called in medication to my pharmacy, and gave me an appointment's for Thursday morning to be checked again. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sylvester for over 20 years and just love her. She is knowledgeable, helpful, caring and very gentle. I feel like my visits are thorough with her and she always takes time to answer questions. Dr. Sylvester is also open minded and thinks outside the box which I admire in an MD. The staff is pleasant and I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment.
