I started to go here when I found out I was pregnant. Kate Manion and dr Bernardini are the absolute best. They are both very compasionate, funny and sweet. I did not feel rushed with either of them during our appointments and I could feel that they really care. The receptionist is also very nice and helpful, I love her!
The only reason I am giving two stars instead of zero is because I did not see a doctor here and can’t speak about the practice in that sense. However, today I called because I had shown up to the wrong office for my appointment and was genuinely confused about which office I was supposed to be at and was looking for a little bit of help or clarification and was met with hostility out of nowhere. Your staff is amazing, kind and patient. The MAs are all helpful, and work so hard. Prisca Schneider is absolutely amazing. Couldn’t of had a better experience and would recommend everyone to go there!
I have been using this practice for years. The entire staff is always very friendly and professional. Dr. Dardarian is great. Always takes the time to talk to you about things that may concern you, your general physical and mental well being. You never feel like anyone is just rushing thru to move on to the next patient.
Excellent visit and experience!! Dr. Dein was absolutely wonderful, very warm, professional, great bedside manner, explained everything very well, listened to my concerns, felt extremely comfortable throughout my whole visit and exam! Felt like family there. I also want to give very high regards to the Nurse, and front desk staff.
