The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the website was undergoing maintenance, and I was unable to finish my check-in after multiple attempts. There was no text warning about the maintenance, and I chose to arrive early. The front desk staff apologized for the website maintenance and even expressed their personal frustration. Dr Boyd and his staff are the best!! Always have welcoming smiles and great patient care. He always asks what ya been up to since he last saw ya!!! Definitely would recommend him and his team!
I love this place. I've been a patient of Dr Boyd for as long as I can remember! Followed him to his new practice, good for him! And the Dr's I've seen here as well as the NPs And even the front desk ladies. It's a rare gem. They handle any issues very well and they actually care about their patients. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr.Esguerra is the absolute best and would recommend to anyone. He truly cares so much about his patients and his job. I was nervous having a guy doctor as I haven’t had great experiences in the past, but he is better than any doctor I have seen. He made my pregnancy and delivery a great experience, I wish I would have came to him for my first child. You will not be disappointed!!
It was necessary for me to visit as a walk in and I was treated with respect and compassion. I was not made to feel as an inconvenience. The assistant at the front desk was so kind and efficient as well as discreet. I had planned on waiting for some time as they fit me in but was seen promptly. The entire staff made me feel heard and that I was an established patient vs a total stranger. I can not thank them enough for the treatment and services I received today.
