Absolutely incredible company. We hired Wonder Floors to pull up carpet and restore the wooden floors in our historic home. Because our house was built in the 1800's, every project comes with surprises. Bianca (owner of Wonder Floors) was absolutely amazing. Vincent and his team were amazing! They were very responsive, had great attention to detail, answered all questions, and made some last minute adjustments to meet our needs! They also didn't want me to pay the balance until after the job was done and we waited a few days to make sure it all was to our liking! We will certainly use them for future projects!
My husband and I have just completed a large renovation to a home we just purchased. The things we look for in a contractor are: fair price, great communication, great quality. Making an appointment was pretty easy, and they came out pretty quickly to give us a quote on replacing part of our floor that had soft spots. We accepted their quote for them to do the work, and getting the date scheduled for the work was seamless. However, on the date of when the work was supposed to show up, they called about 10 minutes after the time they were supposed to be there, to say they double booked and wouldn’t be coming out that day.
