This is a mixed review. We live close to Kendall Square, so we decided to pick up the order. BIG MISTAKE! We ordered the Chicken Tikka Pizza, which was A+. The portion size, flavors, dough (chicago-style) were all perfect. We also ordered the Strawberry Pecan Salad which was pretty good - the strawberries and pecans were tasty. The concept of having whatever food you are in the mood for available at your fingertips is very ambitious and impressive to implement. I visited on their soft opening week which is meant to serve as training for the staff who have to be able to make food from 200 or so restaurants which is impressive. I tried their tofu poke bowl ($18) which tasted quite good and had so many ingredients. When I first started to work in Kendall Square, lunch options were slim, but now there are tons of options with Wonder being the newest and a welcome addition. The concept is very cool and there is literally something for everyone. Ordering and picking up went very smoothly, but they were out of a number of items right at opening time. Wonders been popping up everywhere, and now it's in Kendall Sq! Here at wonder, you and your friends could be craving entirely different things and be able to eat in the same place. Pasta, pizza, burritos, greek--you name it, they have it. You order on the kiosk and it's ready soon after. Food is good too! Check out wonder!

Would not recommend would not come back. We placed a mobile order for pick up. We ordered fries, chips and queso, and 2 Mediterranean bowls. When we ordered it quoted us about 25 minutes of wait time. We came to pick up right on time, about 25 minutes. Right when we walked in we received a notification it was ready. Great timing! Unfortunately, there is not a single person you can speak to. They don't set the food out in the "ready" area because it seems people will steal orders. That's fine, I get it. Ordered delivery, took more than two hours, said they couldn't refund it. Told me the driver arrived and wasn't picked up for nearly another hour. I wanted this to be a great delivery spot, but it was awful. Customer service took a long time to answer and then refused any sort of help. When my order finally arrived, it was missing items. The experience really could not have been worse.

Sorry to say this was among the worst meals I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Wonder's own restaurant brands are mixed in with Grubhub, and I found it confusing picking out brands I could pick up at the physical Wonder location. They've been generous with discounts, and the staff were really friendly, so I really wanted to like Wonder. But the food was a huge letdown: the portion was small, about the size of a kids' meal from Chipotle, and the burrito bowl that I had reminded me of something you'd get on an airplane.
