The entire experience was great. The scheduling was convenient and easy with the office staff which was friendly and quick to respond to my questions. First off, the lobby is the least inviting atmosphere. At least get a plant? Looks like a rented start up office full of 20 year old men. Conversations between clinicians, clinicians and patients outside the rooms are very loud too. No respect for treatment rooms besides these tiny sound machines that do nothing. Every creek in the floor is heard.
Rosemarie Cafone is so flexible and knowledgeable about medications. She is caring, helpful, and dependable. So lucky to have her.
Doctor Rosemarie and her staff - Brittany are amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking help.
Totally dropped the ball on refilling my kids prescription and they had to go off the meds 100% as a result. Unethical and cruel.
