We enjoyed our tour very much. The exhibits are top notch, as always. We had a guest with us who had never been before, and he was impressed. We were disappointed in our lunch, however. Instead of paninis, the sandwiches were on toast. $46 for 3 sandwiches with drinks was a little high.

Fantastic aquarium in the wrong hands. Needs a an overhaul on how to work and lead guests through the aquarium. Needs more labels on several displays- a lot of information was guesswork. No social distancing or helping guests be spaced further apart in smaller passages. No one is answering guest services on location. Admission sales are done off location and they couldn’t contact anyone there for me-gave me a bad feeling of lack of security.

We were blown out of the water (no pun intended) by this aquarium experience! It really is worth the admission! Beats the exhibits we have seen in STL and Chicago for this type of experience! We will be allowing more time next visit, 3 hours was not near enough to thoroughly read the placquards and observe the specimens on view! The presentation and environments were fantastic! Well done!
