Almost perfect Absolutely amazing place. Moved here in February of this year. Maintenance is awesome and quick! We have a pool, playground if you have little ones and laundry on premises. I don't have neighbors above or below me. My only issue is I happen to live next to neighbors who haven't taught their child how to properly walk up and down stairs.

Mice Infestation and bug problem.... Mice and bug problems. Unprofessional and RUDE maintenance. I have been living here for only THREE months. There have been MICE and ROACHES all over the place. It seems like before my move in date maintenance or whomever, covered the repairs with paint and rusty screws where eventually the unit started to look antiquated and disgusting. cheater is not better. the apartment nothing like the model. maintenance is very slow in so called fixing thing, they never come on the day they say they are coming. i learned that cheaper is not always better. the neighborhood is great!!! there is no noise outside at night so you can rest. if the apartment was better it would be a great place to stay.i wish they had washer and dryer in unit or hookup. the launder center is very bad.
