The garland cartel controls this complex….. I have kids and don’t feel safe here!!! This apartment contains is total trash. 8 get woken up by garbage trucks at 4 am, management is racist. There’s roaches. The entire complex blasts their music day I. And day out. Mind you it’s 1 am while I write this. They rip you off for you money. I have roaches painted into the floor. This apartment complex has cruel policies toward cats and animals. They allowed people to keep and then release cats on their property but now try to prevent people from feeding abandoned animals! They could regulate the place and locations where food is provided … cleanly, neatly in a designated area, but instead they threaten tenants! I'm pretty sure this is the complex posting this notice to its residence. If you want to live somewhere that punishes residence illegally with threats for feeding animals, please move here. They clearly don't feel responsible for contacting animal control or the proper resources to control their problem with stray cats, but instead resort to threatening their tenants who show animal compassion. Have fun.
We live here almost 3 year the bathroom the toliet and shower don't work i have fotos so we called managed she called and man the Fixing the toliet and shower is just take fotos just doing nothing so is 0 star trash don't come here
Under new management. The new crew is quick at fixing things. Recently, they just repaired the potholes in the parking lots. They also plan to install security camera and make our apartment complex into a pleasant place to live. Thanks for keeping up the great works!
