Out of market install. Second time using the company (first time was almost 20 years ago). Solid advance person to get all the measurements. Solid install team who were professional and took time to teach me how to safely use the new wood burning insert. New favorite place in the home all winter! Project is slowly advancing.
I recently had an issue with the remote control for the gas fireplace Woodland installed for me 8 years ago. The staff at Woodland helped me identify the issue and replace the remote. Great service! We love this place. We bought a stove from them four years ago, they were great to work with, nice, knowledgeable, courteous installers. I have been back to them to chat about various aspects of the stove and its functioning and they are always very patient and helpful. The installer even talked me through how to get my stuck chimney sweep unstuck!
Every person I worked with at Woodland Stoves was super friendly and non-pushy. They asked really good questions about my intentions on how I planned to finish the space around my remodel, and provided tips on how I should frame in things for the stove. Couldn't have been happier with the entire process from purchase to install.
Contacted Adam at Woodland Stoves & Fireplaces, after reaching out to 3 other fireplaces companies asking if they can pull this furnace, Adam was very confident about being able to do the job, and sent Julian and Anthony who were great in helping me get this 600lb wood burning furnace out of a house I was selling, I had another service prior come and try to move the furnace with 4 guys and they couldn’t even budge it! Woodland saved the day for my Seller and me!! Thank you!!!
