Contacted Adam at Woodland Stoves & Fireplaces, after reaching out to 3 other fireplaces companies asking if they can pull this furnace, Adam was very confident about being able to do the job, and sent Julian and Anthony who were great in helping me get this 600lb wood burning furnace out of a house I was selling, I had another service prior come and try to move the furnace with 4 guys and they couldn’t even budge it! Woodland saved the day for my Seller and me!! Thank you!!!
We restored the original tile fireplace in our 1928 house. We needed either fireplace doors or a fireplace insert that would perfectly fit within the opening of our fireplace so we didn't have to cover up any of the beautiful tile work. We had gone to a number of different stores that told us it wasn't possible, but Woodland Stove & Fireplaces worked with us to understand what we wanted and found us a great solution. Woodland Stoves put in a gas insert for us and we’re phenomenal. From the sales team to the installers we had a really good experience. Not to mention we really like our new gas fireplace too! I would definitely recommend.
The gentlemen at Woodland Stove were exceptional. They took the time to help me compare the two fire pits that i was interested in. We put them side by side. Both were great products. Finally able to settle on Ambience. Great product.
Sales experience was great! We shared the dimensions of our fireplace and were offered a number of options that would fit including gas inserts and wood-burning inserts. We eventually chose a gas insert. Our installation was quick and John did a superb job explaining the process and instructing on operation and care. Not the responsibility of Woodland, but less than 24 hours after the install, I dropped the Valor Plus remote from a height no greater than 3.5 ft and the display on the remote cracked.
