I am so excited to move into my new Apt at Woodcrest Estates. The grounds are beautiful. I want to give special thanks to management, Mary, Nancy and Grace. They made my husband and I so comfortable and walked us through the process. I have never witnessed a team that worked so well together and I could see these ladies work hard yet still remain so kind and friendly. I felt so welcome. Beautiful grounds, but intrusive neighbors and poor management practices led me to leave.
Now starting my 8yr living in Woodcrest. Dropped from a 5 star to a 3 Star ⭐️. I still like, “and will”continue to live. Room for improvement.
I am an applicant on a waiting list to (hopefully) move in one day, and so I was waiting to actually live there to write a review about my experience there…but then I realized I have so many reasons to start reviewing now. I must say that Mary and her assistant Janine, have been very patient and understanding whenever I have called with questions. My grandmother lives here. It is a nice community. There is a pool and onsite laundry. The apartment has air conditioning and a dishwasher. She lives on the top floor and has her own small deck where she can sit out and eat her breakfast
