Beautiful grounds, but intrusive neighbors and poor management practices led me to leave.
I am an applicant on a waiting list to (hopefully) move in one day, and so I was waiting to actually live there to write a review about my experience there…but then I realized I have so many reasons to start reviewing now. Now starting my 8yr living in Woodcrest. Dropped from a 5 star to a 3 Star ⭐️. I still like, “and will”continue to live. Room for improvement.
Minimum income requirement is $60,000 a year..Real affordable for seniors on a social security fixed income....
My grandmother lives here. It is a nice community. There is a pool and onsite laundry. The apartment has air conditioning and a dishwasher. She lives on the top floor and has her own small deck where she can sit out and eat her breakfast
