My mother lived there since 2017. She moved out December 2025. Can you believe these people are charging her for the replacement of the carpet, painting, cleaning, and utilities ! First of all these things are suppose to be done before new tenants move in. How is it the responsibility of the previous tenants to pay for these things!!!! And utilities??? What utilities? I applied for these apartments and was denied, which is fine. However they charge a high admin fee and told me it’s takes 45 days to receive a refund. Since when does a refund take that long? I feel like they do that, so people will forget all about it and never receive it. I’ve never heard of that of all the apts I’ve applied too. Update : 11/11 I just received my refund back of 175 for a admin fee. So expect 90 days not 45.

I moved in a couple of days ago & I’ve seen giant roaches throughout the apartment. This specific unit is leased by the government, as I am a service member. I’m afraid to even use appliances right now, in fear a giant cockroach & its larvae might jump out. I have to plug up the drains in the bathroom & kitchen sinks because of the roaches & waterbugs. Upon moving in December 2022, it was clear that the apartment was older and not in the best condition, but we hoped it would suffice for the time being. BUGS GALORE!!!!! There are giant water bugs literally everywhere! We keep a spotless home always clean. Water bugs live in the a/c vents,pipes,walls etc. at night you can see tons of them out on the sidewalk crawling in the building or on your patio. There is no avoiding them when there is this many. Why won’t they do anything about it? Do they chose to just not deal with it? I don’t understand.
