From start to now Tamika has been over the top wonderful to work with in many different aspects of me moving in & answering All my questions! What a blessing & relief to know that I have friendly, quiet, & respectful neighbors! Plenty of parking & I love my new apartment….very clean! Definitely not staying here another year. Had an appliance down for 2 weeks with not even a email/ call/ contact from the maintenance crew. I've had to pay out of pocket to go somewhere to compensate. The reasons I've been given for why nothing has been fixed include: I don't let them enter the apartment without someone there, there's more important maintenance concerns, they're not pet friendly, they have to maintain the grounds first, and they're getting to it. I recently moved back to Woodscape Apartments and unfortunately during the same time of transitioning of new management. Within the first two months, my dryer didn’t work, dishwasher would not drain water and then both toilets flooded my apartment. After all the headaches, I must say the new office staff has been very professional taking on this overwhelming task. Tamika was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my move-out process. Every time I’ve gone into the office, she has always been patient, welcoming, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. I know the office receives a high volume of calls, so I definitely recommend being patient and, if possible, stopping by in person for any issues or concerns. Ms. Zyaire at Woodscape Apartments was amazing during my tour and application process. Although she’s newer to the property, she was very informative, patient, and professional. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer every single one. For the questions she wasn’t fully sure about, she immediately got the assistant property manager on the phone so they could figure it out together instead of guessing.
