Been here for 2 years. We love living here. It's so nice and close to everything. The gym, sauna, rooftop deck and in unit laundry are a dream. Renewing my lease for the 3rd year.
Great place to live I moved in back in August and have loved my experience here. The management has been extremely friendly and helpful and quick to respond to service issues (which are rare since it’s a new building). I also love the amenities, keyless entry, package lockers, bike garage, and gym. No complaints other and noisy neighbors, which is to be expected from time to time in a large building.
Be careful Not a terrible place to live but the walls are VERY thin so be prepared to hear loud neighbors and base reverberating through your walls. Drywall cracks everywhere.
No response Like most I was not able to get in contact with someone. I wasted my time on more than one occasion trying to tour. If I know anything about downtown, if they don't answer don't bother!
No response My partner scheduled a tour via email, and when we showed up, no one was there for our appointment. We walked around outside for a while looking for sign of life, and found a guy who said “oh, sorry, your name wasn’t on the list” and closed the gate. I submitted a request for another tour and have no received a single response back to date.
No one answers Don’t waste your time trying to get a response here. It’s very telling of how unreliable management is.
Impossible to Contact Good luck getting in contact with anyone. I’ve reached out 6 different times to schedule a tour and have never received a response.
