Nelson was absolutely incredible! Through every step of the process he kept me and my tenant informed, and it was a very long process. He’s a very understanding technician and is truly there to ensure that the customer is treated well and with respect. I would recommend Nelson to anybody as well as World Class air. They had my new unit installed and inspected within about a week of me ordering it. They work with you to make sure that they can make it work for you.
We started using World Class AC through our home warranty. On multiple occasions they have diagnosed inexpensive solutions to issues that other companies were going to charge us thousands to "fix". They even advocated for us successfully when the warranty company claimed a $1200 part was impossible to get, and a week later we had the correct part. Absolutely one of the best service companies I have ever engaged with. They've added years of service to our older HVAC system and I plan to use them to install a new one shortly.
This is a terrible company no one answers the phone they only text and barely respond to that by the looks of the truck when it first pulled in my driveway, I was a little skeptical, but I try not to judge a book by its cover the guy came out gave me a outrageous quote and then it took more than two weeks to get in touch with somebody for them to order the part for my air condition. Do not use this company, they deny people’s warranty claims, they upcharge customers and pay their employees peanuts. They personally made me waste thousands on commercial auto insurance I never used, they did not reimburse me for tolls or gas on drives I shouldn’t have had to make, made promises they did not keep. And made every effort to make my day difficult. Do not use this company
