Nelson came out to fix my air conditioning within 24 hours of my service call. He not only fixed what was wrong with it, he fixed things that other AC technicians had done incorrectly, which were causing my issues. When he didn’t have the part he needed, instead of rescheduling me, he went to the store to purchase what he needed and came right back. I would hire world class air to fix my air conditioner over and over again. Five stars, highly recommend.
This is a terrible company no one answers the phone they only text and barely respond to that by the looks of the truck when it first pulled in my driveway, I was a little skeptical, but I try not to judge a book by its cover the guy came out gave me a outrageous quote and then it took more than two weeks to get in touch with somebody for them to order the part for my air condition. Nelson took my call on a Friday night. Saturday, Steve showed up... when he promised... and did the work professionally, while being personable. In 2018 and 2022 World Class installed the units... and as always, World Class Air LLC is the only company that will touch my AC units. I strongly recommend Nelson and his whole team.
World class Air is truly world class! Nelson did such a great job with my grandmothers unit! The last company came out three times setting my uncle back so much money. We felt like we were being taken advantage of and after three service calls replacing a fan motor then a control board, then he said the unit need 7 lbs of refrigerant. My uncle was fed up. So I called World Class Air. Shelly made scheduling simple and was even able to fit us in earlier than expected. They sent notifications on when the tech would arrive. ... read more
