I usually file my own taxes, but I decided to go to World Finance this year and JorgeAnn was very helpful! I’ll definitely be coming back every year. Highly recommend!
They have a smooth and easy loan process and decent payments. The reason for two stars is due to their failure to set up my loan correctly not once but twice. The sales representative read through my notes. She verbalized my loan was not set up correctly. I’ve only been late on a payment twice and both times was due to their failure to set up my loan correctly. The general manger refused to waive late fees for the admitted mistakes of her employees. The ladies in there are the absolute best!! I do my taxes through them every year and they are always so helpful and nice. They answer all of my questions and are very patient!!
