If you go to any branch go to granite city ask for Julia Bollinger , She is the best her customer service is excellent. She makes you feel comfortable, easy and fast. I’m actually thinking about apply for a job with her she’s full of energy. Get you what you need as far as loans and great conversation 😊

Crystal Burnett is great! Quick, efficient and explains everything about your loan thoroughly. She’s very personable but professional. Process in total took about 3 hours, from application for the loan to accepting.
Julia is cool and always been helpful to me haven’t gotten a loan in 6 years but times are hard and had to get one to fix my vehicle.
Granite city staff is wonderful! Alton needs work on customer relations, all customers, especially the older lady, very rude.
