If you go to any branch go to granite city ask for Julia Bollinger , She is the best her customer service is excellent. She makes you feel comfortable, easy and fast. I’m actually thinking about apply for a job with her she’s full of energy. Get you what you need as far as loans and great conversation 😊
Julia is cool and always been helpful to me haven’t gotten a loan in 6 years but times are hard and had to get one to fix my vehicle.
My FAVORITE PLACE when I run into hard times. Julia at the point is like family. Always very pleasant and will do her best to help. So if struggling and considering robbing a bank don't stop and see Julia and her team. If your credit is ok and you work they can help you with a LOAN. They are DOING TAXES right now too. When you stop in tell them I sent you.
Did an online application was called back immediately. Played phone tag a bit because of my work schedule but every lady I spoke to at the office was extremely friendly and very thorough. Would definitely recommend!
Granite city staff is wonderful! Alton needs work on customer relations, all customers, especially the older lady, very rude.
