I always have an awesome experience with Taylor. She is such a jewel with her customers. She shows love, professionalism, and always smiles which is what’s needed in the work force. Taylor handles a four person job by herself. Taylor deserves DOUBLE the amount of her salary.

I have been with world finance for over 4 years and only had issues once before with them and I understand it's christmas time but I have available credit that I would like to use and for three days straight I have called all day and they only answered once and i was put on hold for 28 mins and never came back to line. Seems as if since im a customer already im not as important as a new customer. Customer service is a big deal and disappointing that it is like this. Happened once before but thought it had been addressed.
