I am a long time customer. I will no longer be. The customer service use to be amazing. Not since Tana has been there. She never allows you to speak with Jenna. She also apparently never updates the account as she should. I have a new job, but according to them I dont. That is due to Tana not updating my account. Jenna also refused to listen to me and have a conversation. She constantly interrupted me and ended up hanging up on me. The absolute WORST customer service.
