I'm so thrilled that I can do everything over the phone now. I don't even have to go into the office. Not that I won't miss saying hi occasionally, but being able to do things over the phone has been a great advantage to me. Thank you Amy for all of your help today.

I did the application on the phone and can’t remember the ladies name i talk to but she was very helpful. I got to the Hamilton off and Gina, was great. She had my paperwork ready when I walked in and was very nice.
