Ms. Dee Jackson Branch Manager Was my representative she was exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. I would recommend others. Overall everyone in the Smyrna location off of Concord rd was nice. Very nice atmosphere.
Tonya and Dee were the Absolute best from the start of my loan process to the closing. I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the physical location. The process was executed very thoroughly. I will be back I appreciate you ladies yall Rock Thank yall so much
Everyone here is so patient and helpful! I applied on a Wednesday and in the office by Friday. They are so supportive and thorough. I called about fifty eleven times and every time they don’t hesitate to answer my questions. Highly recommend and just ask questions if you are unsure and see what they can do. They may surprise you.
I worked with Tonya and she was the best! She was extremely nice, helpful, and got me in and out, even staying late to get me through. I will work with her in the future if I need another loan in the future.
Would definitely recommend! Dee was extremely kind and helpful. The process was very quick as well. Looking forward to continued business with them!
