Ms. Jodi was amazing and very professional. Not only her, but the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was great, and everyone treated me with kindness and respect. No one was rude at all, which is definitely an A+. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this place.
(Kingsland GA location) I will not be providing a name for the tax lady that filed our taxes as I understand people make mistakes it's about owning up to the mistakes made and at least apologize and care about how we feel as customers. World Finance fell short of our expectations when we sought tax assistance. The tax professional didn't adequately explain the filing process or refund options.
