The branch manager Denise is absolutely the nicest most professional and courteous person I have ever dealt with, she is compassionate and is really there to help the customers. She explains everything and is very good at her job, I have watched her train various staff members and she always shows patience and kindness. Denise is very much an asset to your company, and hope you will make her aware of just how much she is appreciated
