I spoke with Ms Keyanna over the phone and she was very helpful and had great customer service. Walking into the office the young ladies were welcoming . Ms Jerrica helped me out and she was very patient and nice . Definitely giving them 5 stars !
The two ladies at the Fayetteville store were so helpful and patience. They really made me feel at home and at ease. Wish every company would have people like that.
I called to get my taxes done, after sending what was requested I received 1 call back at which point I sent over more documents. Never heard back it’s been now over 3 weeks…..very concerning and unprofessional.
Cecilia is an amazing representative. She went over everything in detail and made sure I understood it completely. She offered tax services and I wasn’t aware they did taxes. If you go to this location, give my name because they also offer referrals.
