Brrr, it's cold out there. I visited the Warrensburg office last month and received the best service anywhere I've ever been, and with the loan also received emergency roadside service coverage that I didn't think I would ever use. But last week we had snow and really cold winds so I stayed in for most of it. The thing is, when I went out to start my car, it didn't.
