Customer service here is amazing! I had the pleasure of going through my loan process with Amanda and she was very helpful and kind. She walked me through the phone screening and when I went in, she had everything ready and was super friendly.
I use the Kansas City North located on Antioch Road. Amanda & Jennifer are "The Best" ! I can't ever recall in my 15 yrs of using WFC in the Northland at Liberty or the Antioch office of them being unpleasant or rude. They are ALWAYS courteous & pleasant to talk to. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable! I love doing business with this company because of these women. Thank you for all your help through the years!
Ms. Jennifer is the absolute best! I can’t thank her enough for her unwavering support and help! Thanks again so much
