Front desk was friendly as well Alexia Salas and Jocelyn Salgado at World Finance provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and very patient in explaining everything clearly. I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming they were throughout the entire process. I have been renewing my loans for the last 3 or maybe 4 years. Service has always been very pleasing and NEVER had a problem with me making my payments past my due date. 36 or maybe 48 months with making payments each and every month NEVER missed a payment, paid my late fees all thru online payment. Alexia at Worlds Finance was very helpful from the very first phone call up until I left the office! I was referred to them for financial assistance and even my friend was able to get her reward the same day! I would highly recommend!
