WF is a great place to go when you need some funds & what makes this place (Longview, TX) superb is customer service. Tammy H-Jones is phenomenal, and her customer service skills are remarkable! Mrs. Tammy went over and beyond to help out for what was needed , plus she was short staffed doing it all by herself. She is truly amazing and up front and very helpful I love her customer service and would recommend anyone to her for handle business properly.
World Finance is the BEST ! My air-conditioner went out and needed one asap ! I called Ms. Tammy not realizing the office was closing in 10 minutes!! Ms. Tammy said don't worry she would wait on me to get there ( 30 ) minutes! I was relieved! Such a sweet lady and so helpful! My angel !!! Go see Ms. Tammy you will be happy you did !!! 😊
