I was unsure bout getting a loan from here. But after meeting with Toya she was polite and patient. She listen and explain everything to me.Go see Toya !! She is awesome!
Very rude customer service. I got approved and still changed my mind about the loan because I do not appreciate how they treated me. I needed the loan but no longer want the loan. I rather struggle than be treated like I’m nobody. They made me feel like they don’t want or need my business, therefore I refuse to do business with a staff who treats their potential customers like they don’t matter. Just unacceptable customer service that will soon make the business go down hill.
