The Customer Service Reps were great. I went in once and they greeted me even though they were with customers and the Manager and Asst Manager were in the back talking and did not acknowledge my presence. They did not even make an attempt to answering the ringing phones while the ladies were with customers. Those young ladies deserve recognition for their work.
The staff is great and very professional. As long as you communicate, pay your loan on time they will work with you. Esmeralda and her staff are the best and I've used their services on several occassions.
