We came in to do our taxes with Shannon and brought in several different forms! She was very helpful and made sure we understood the process. We were curious with who would get the most back claiming our house, as first time home buyers, she was very patient with us while we figured out what worked best for us!

They are very quick with the process and are easy to communicate with and will make it easy to get a loan. Absolutely love going to them the women are always so helpful and very quick to ensure you get your best refund and dont have to jump a thousand hurdles just to be able to get your taxes done.
So got a call today from world finance telling me account is past due 2 months and I would need come into the Portland office and speak to Shannon the manager told them I couldn’t make it to Portland and then was transferred to Shannon who proceeded too be very rude told me after explaining to me that I had no choice to but come there even after her being very rude told me at the end of the call then she proceeds to tell me that I can go to any world finance to make a payment well I only settle up my account when I get trans... read more
