Ran into some trouble at work and lost track of payments because of it im just thankful for one kind person understanding my situation and why I missed one payment thank you for the help trying to get me back on track for kindness like that great customer service understanding someone's situation and give them some time end of the month I'll be a month ahead instead of behind
