I’ve been doing business with them for years and Danyelle always filed my taxes with no problem. This year they were done by Christina and my dd info was entered in incorrectly so I won’t be getting my tax return when I should. Im only making this review bc when I called and mentioned the error I noticed on my paperwork she tried to dismiss it by insinuating that I gave her the wrong account number for my dd when I in fact did not and gave her the account number precisely. Danyelle was super nice and friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She explained everything to me and took her time making sure I had all the information. Really appreciated her, we need more people like Danyelle. She’s the best.
