Linda who waited on me was very nice and professional. The one thing was she was not was properly trained to do the type of loan that I needed. But I also understand that it is all a learning process and Linda is still new to the company.
Rachel and her staff was great! She was professional with the whole process as well as taking the time to explain process, terms, and what i could do to help me get my credit back where I want it to be! Thank you girls!
