Martha made the process quick and easy. Changed my review after dealing with Joe. I had made my payment but made it for 88.00 instead of 88.08. What should have been an easy correction ended up being a whole ordeal. He spoke over me, said something completely different then what his co-worker told me about policy and told me that if I can't afford .08 cents he could pay it himself.
