This was a very nice and professional experience for me to get needed funds. They, Mrs. Pineda handled my situation in a timely fashion and hassle free. Jackie Pineda at World Finance (Bryan, Texas branch) was extremely helpful through the loan process. When I went in today she was training another young lady how to update accounts and showing her how to submit payments. Although, she was training she was very attentive to the customers' needs and patient. Jackie has superb customer service skills and overall a very sweet person.
Amber was excellent, she helped get what I needed to finish paying bills. She was sooooo nice and worked fast. Will be recommending all my friends and family to them! Loves the vibe there!
