Ms. Elexis was absolutely amazing! I came in feeling nervous and anxious, but she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She kept me updated and gave me helpful feedback as she worked, while also providing so much insight on how I can build and improve my credit. I’m extremely pleased with the atmosphere, professionalism, and customer service here. Thank you so much, Ms. Elexis, for making this such a great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an amazing experience with Jessica Horton at World Finance in Forest Park, Georgia. From the very beginning, she made the entire loan process smooth, easy, and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything step-by-step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process before moving forward. Jessica was professional, patient, and incredibly welcoming throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way she does. Elexis and the whole staff was amazing. The whole process was simple and quick. Elexis explained everything including how your credit is impacted and was very personable making this experience less painful than I expected. Thank you ladies and have an amazing remainder of your time there
Elexis was so professional and patient and kind during this process. She even took time to acknowledge my son who was with me as well. Thank you so
Unlike the previous employee at this branch Ayana Thompson showed me great customer service, she knew how to professonally talk to a customer. I would recommend to see her when coming into this branch location. I just had to take a star away due to how the previous employee talked to me when I walked in to originally see her.
