Was told yesterday that I got approved for a loan and they was gonna have there manager look over everything and then call me back to do the paperwork through email. Never got a call so I called this morning to do everything just for the lady to come back and say I tried to call yesterday and you wasn’t approved,I need more info.Bad business. Brittany however was amazing when I got a loan there the last 2 times,very sweet woman wished I talked to her instead
The manager of this branch, Brittney, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever talked to or worked with as a customer to this company. She’s empathetic and does everything she can to assist her customers. She’s very professional while still personable with her customers. She’s truly a blessing.
I’ve done business with Dwayne and Brittany at world finance on several occasions. I have never been disappointed . They go out of their way to help their customers. Customer service is top-notch!
