I’ve been doing my own taxes for more than 15 years now and with all the recent changes and policies and whatnot, she helped navigate through it all and addressed all my questions and concerns. I tried to handle this professionally, but obviously my efforts were wasted/discounted . April Opened my account there prior to her becoming a branch manager. After opening my account with them, April became very rude and most of my Encounters with her were rude. I preferred to speak with the corporate level staff because they are very kind and their Customer Service is A1, but I was stuck with the district manager, Brenda who’s understanding is far from age-appropriate. My experience with Branch Manager April Gomez, was seamless. She was very polite and professional. Her understanding and explanation of the process was second to none. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience with her alone.
