Went into the store with my son just to look. Realized it was a high-end bike store with helpful staff. A young Hispanic gentlemen helped me, explaining the difference between all the bikes and put no pressure to sell whatsoever. I ended buying (2) Trek bikes, one for me and one for my son. They prepped them and made them ready ride! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
First time visiting world of cycling. Really impressed with the huge inventory and quality brands. We bought an Electra bike that needed to be ordered as a birthday present and they came through in a matter of days as promised! Very knowledgeable staff and easy to work with. Amazing location! Was able to relax and have a drink while they got to work on my bike after a long early morning ride! The customer service was fantastic from the moment I walked through the door, always ate rice to anything I needed. I will definitely be stopping here more often!
Had an unexpected racing tire issue- the owner and staff spent 2 hours finding, making the necessary adjustments, tweaks, and getting it safe and race ready. Honestly, their willingness to all drop everything and work together to figure out what was wrong was most impressive. We would give them 10 stars if we could!!!
