Absolutely the BEST! I just moved down from Detroit and needed some work done on my bike to hit Critical Mass today and they were Jhonny on the spot there and ready! Fixed my hydraulic brakes and rear wheel! They got a new customer for sure! Fast friendly and convenient! Great work guys!👌🏾💪🏾🤌🏾
Went into the store with my son just to look. Realized it was a high-end bike store with helpful staff. A young Hispanic gentlemen helped me, explaining the difference between all the bikes and put no pressure to sell whatsoever. I ended buying (2) Trek bikes, one for me and one for my son. They prepped them and made them ready ride! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
First time visiting world of cycling. Really impressed with the huge inventory and quality brands. We bought an Electra bike that needed to be ordered as a birthday present and they came through in a matter of days as promised! Very knowledgeable staff and easy to work with. Highly recommend from my experience. Thanks for the great service

Santiago and Leo were incredibly approachable and friendly. Needed a tube and they were able to service my bike immediately as a walk-in. The shop is incredibly modern and doubles as a bar/alcohol shop with reasonable prices. The bike features a number of brands including GoPro, Thera, Trek, Sunlite, and more. Was really surprised by their vast selection. Very cool to see Florida City hosting such a cool small business shop. It’s also located conveniently right off the busway bike lane.
