I am a customer BY FORCE. I hate this FORCED relationship. I've had two sales reps in less than four months. I have requested contact with the seond whose name I don't even know. That was THREE WEEKS AGO.
Worldwide will agree to a delivery appointment two weeks ahead of time, and then forget to actually schedule the truck. They didn't even bother to tell me until less than 24 hours before the agreed delivery time. I had to scramble to reschedule a rigging crew and delay the equipment commissioning.
