This company has the worst service I have ever seen. They regularly make the same mistakes and take no accountability. You will have erroneous billing, a complete lack of transparency, and a teeth-pulling experience trying to get issues resolved. My company was with UPS for 25 years when we decided to try a re-seller like Worldwide Express. For the past four years I have had to call their office 7 times about over charges and they would send me a check to satisfy our agreement. Too bad you cannot give a company 0 stars, Worldwide Express is terrible to work with. Unlike UPS or USPS, their site will allow for an incorrect address to be entered. This is plain and simple, just a savvy little way to rip you off. Don't expect your salesperson to inform you of this, it is the company's best kept secret during the sale. The ease of using the Speedship website is awesome, however the lack of concern and accountability with ongoing issues related to lost shipments, and billing is disappointing. More than half my "quotes" are billed at a much higher rate. A lost shipment by an irresponsible carrier that resulted in a huge loss of revenue was not addressed to my satisfaction. If we drop the ball on our customers, we make it right.
World Wide is the most helpful shipping company I have ever used. Haley is my Sales Rep and is great. I ship weekly all over the United States and when I have questions or concerns she is always available and handles it right away..... Thanks World Wide for your help and the people you hire.
