Waste of time and money. A lot of false promises, no customer support once you're set up, random invoices all the time. In response to the response from the owner: I reached out today and was told a supervisor would call me back today... that didn't happen. Thanks for the kind reply but some actual help would be better.
If I could give 0 stars I would they don't check licenses with debit or credit cards and my account was hacked they still have pending charges that we didn't charge we don't use this company
I ship a lot of freight. This is the worst company I have ever worked with I shipped multiple shipments with them every one of them came back with a higher rate than what they quoted. The worst was the last shipment we shipped with them. They more than doubled the quoted amount. Steer clear of these crooks.
I have uses World Wide Express twice now. Good prices and drivers were on time. No issues.
