Our rep is great, the rest of this company is absolute garbage. Lost damage claims. Claims team absolutely sucks on all levels. This is the classic billion dollar corporation that has a monopoly on the shipping market. We cant even drop wwex because theyre owned by a Private equity firm that owns 3 other companys, all with the agreements that their customers cant change over without a 60 day disruption in shipping! RUN AWAY FROM WWEX!

Working with them gets you discounted rates and additional support teams to help get you information when things go wrong. They support full truck load, LTL and small parcel shipping. Waste of time and money. A lot of false promises, no customer support once you're set up, random invoices all the time. In response to the response from the owner: I reached out today and was told a supervisor would call me back today... that didn't happen. Thanks for the kind reply but some actual help would be better.

If I could give 0 stars I would they don't check licenses with debit or credit cards and my account was hacked they still have pending charges that we didn't charge we don't use this company

I ship a lot of freight. This is the worst company I have ever worked with I shipped multiple shipments with them every one of them came back with a higher rate than what they quoted. The worst was the last shipment we shipped with them. They more than doubled the quoted amount. Steer clear of these crooks.
