Had extra cases left in my trailer, worldwide express quickly responded and resolved the matter.
Dustin Johnson, Sara Drayer & Lance Quinlan all 3 of these brokers disappeared with no communications at all after we picked up their load and driver got stuck all day at the reciever. Be careful carrier's before you book a load with them. They are not good.
One of the Worldwide Express sale people will not stop calling. He have told him he is harassing us, repeatedly requested he stop calling. We have advised we will call the police if this does not stop. He just laughs. The unwanted calls continue. He will not stop. If we hang up, he calls right back. He has mentioned his name twice but very quickly, and we have not been able to catch it. We have been able to track down his immediate manager, who said she would take care of it, and did not. ****BEWARE****We hauled a load for this company in October 2022 and we still have not received a payment. I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls with no response.
Terrific company. We've been working with Baker Inman for the past 8-9 months and he is the best Carrier Representative we have ever seen. Fair, kind, and sharp! I hope he stays with the company for as long as I dispatch. Gives carriers hope that there are good brokers out there.
