If you are a company that has been defrauded by Worldwide Express, there will be a class-action lawsuit coming stating that they are charging 15%-150% more of what UPS would charge going direct. They start by giving customers legitimate "discounts", and will compound charges and percentages over time, leaving customers paying sometimes over double the normal cost. Be very cautious and be alert to the upcoming suit. It is not a company that will "save" customers money.
5 stars are not enough for Josh Needham. Working with him every day. He provides us with a great service and is always here for us for any eventual problem on the load. Highly recommend WWEX.
Avoid working with Spencer Blacksher. Booked us on a melon load out of FL to PA for a Walmart delivery. Truck checked in 12pm for a FCFS pickup didn't get a door till 8PM and was sitting in a door for 10hrs and they never put a single melon on the trailer. Asked for a TONU since we spent all day waiting just to be told that he will not pay TONU since we left on our own after sitting for 20hrs and now they are going to book a different truck and have him stuck at pickup with a messed up Walmart delivery appt.
Dustin Johnson, Sara Drayer & Lance Quinlan all 3 of these brokers disappeared with no communications at all after we picked up their load and driver got stuck all day at the reciever. Be careful carrier's before you book a load with them. They are not good.
Beware...edit the "owner" responds saying email communications email. We did that before they even posted a comment below and no one still have not responded. You call and ask for management they refuse to give any management info and says theyll call you back...still no call back...All the bad reviews are true. When it comes time to getting paid they turn into a ghost town
