Sandra Wortham and her management team are very nice and do a great job in managing my properties in Wichita Falls.
I have used Wortham Property Management for many years now. They are very fair to both their tenants and owners. As an owner of many properties I have seen her give tenants back deposits, and seen it where she has had to give it to me as the property owner for repairs to be done from a tenant or a broken lease to cover the costs of acquiring a new tenant.
