My experience was absolutely phenomenal! All of the ladies that helped me were so kind. I started with the red light therapy, followed by my first time doing a cold plunge, next the infrared sauna and finally the lymphatic drainage massage. Each service was amazing. I would recommend them all. It was a personal challenge to see if I could actually do the cold plunge and this was by far the most profound service I did yesterday. I enjoyed my first I AM COSMIC class! Haley's guided meditations and sound bath techniques were super soothing. The space is beautiful and very relaxing. The cosmic class is heated and does not have props available for supine positions - as a warning!
Absolutely needed to decompress and reset my nervous system. Worthy hits all the senses, makes you feel, to how it smells, the taste of the teas, to the full state of relaxation I received while there. I did the red light therapy room as well as the balance pro lymphatic drainage. The staff are all so welcoming and kind. You can even book additional services like FST.
Wow… what a glorious place! I walked in and they greeted me by name. While I waited, I sat with my room-temp water they offered and enjoyed reading their journal full of handwritten notes from other clients, which I loved. Then they gave me a little tour, and honestly, I was blown away. They have all of these high-end tools and treatments that make your body and soul feel completely refreshed.
