-5 stars review … they where quickly charge me for $150 for diagnostics. That’s the scam strategy they use. Guy came quickly on time for the diagnostic appointment . After the quote, keep getting rescheduled day after day. 1 week later, still my car broken down.. I couldn’t drive my car to a shop because I couldn’t change gears, towing was above my spending limit.i truly trusted them, at the end all was a scam quickly $150 steal.People stay away from them!!! YOU COULD BE NEXT!!!!
Wrench scammed me, sent a mechanic Rick. S he showed, didn't call nor did he ring my doorbell. He proceeded to take pics of my car and home, he then fudged service work like inspecting my brakes and also fudged the odometer reading and left. He then sent a text that he was there. I looked out the window and noone was there. H then had the audacity to send me a service report. I called him numerous times after getting the text and just got a voicemail. I will never prepay for any mechanic service again. Beware!
I had a terrible time trying to get service. A friend mentioned they had used their service 3 times. She said they had received a message saying that her zip code was not in their service area yet she was still able to book an appointment. That happened 3 times. They came out and did the job. Although one time she said they told her one thing wrong with it and another mechanic told her it was entirely wrong for a diagnostic. I tried calling three times. All 3 times an AI bot answers.
