Great communication and work was done on time and budget.
Justine the car mechanic was wonderful showed me how to check my oil on my Subaru. Did a thorough job checking other items I may need to do. In the future. Easy and very quick.
Very good repair, good communication from technician, very professional.
Very good with scheduling and up front pricing, however, my mechanic didn't show twice, no text/call that he was delayed or not going to make the appointment. Called to reschedule and a mechanic was available in the afternoon. Aidan arrived ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem and got my car running again. He did a great job!
Tech got the job done, replaced my alternator. He was very respectful over the phone and while onsite. Price: $535 with tax in West Seattle. What I don’t like is the scheduling and lack of customer service when tech is running late. I set my appt for 8-10am. I figured first job of the day, less chance to be late. I waited until noon and heard nothing. I called Wrench customer service, was told they would call the tech and call me back.
