LOVED THE MANAGEMENT HERE! I went in a tour for a 3 bedroom and the assistant manager was amazing she made me feel very comfortable like at home. I look forward to becoming a future resident pretty soon !!
It’s an over wall welcoming feel
This is the worse place I ever lived at. They allow people to steal your packages and not do anything about it. The only person who is helpful there is Maria she have helped us since the day we moved there. The manger team there is horrible they need better staffs. The hallways floors are so disgusting with stains and trash on the floor. The clean up crew do a good job at making sure the floors are cleaned down stairs and make sure the trash is out. Horrible place. Management has gone downhill. Their team of janitors/custodians seem to do nothing but the bare minimum. Trash bins are consistently overflowed. The stairs and hallways aren’t cleaned regularly like they used to years ago. They actually haven’t been cleaned in months to a year. Roach infestation is the worst Ive ever seen it. This building I been here for two years it’s the same thing nasty they only care about is the rent and they went up on rent due to maintenance but it’s still nasty my pace been messed up since I been here the new manager is rude Amanda she don’t work with you for nothing the laundry room is messed up the whole building is just nasty I payed rent last month and I was late with the rest due to me losing my job and Amanda knew but I was still paying my rent but now I get a call and on Oct 17 telling me she doesn’t want to excep... read more
