This is the worse place I ever lived at. They allow people to steal your packages and not do anything about it. The only person who is helpful there is Maria she have helped us since the day we moved there. The manger team there is horrible they need better staffs. The hallways floors are so disgusting with stains and trash on the floor. The clean up crew do a good job at making sure the floors are cleaned down stairs and make sure the trash is out. Horrible place. Management has gone downhill. Their team of janitors/custodians seem to do nothing but the bare minimum. Trash bins are consistently overflowed. The stairs and hallways aren’t cleaned regularly like they used to years ago. They actually haven’t been cleaned in months to a year. Roach infestation is the worst Ive ever seen it. You can now see roaches roaming around in the courtyard and outside floors every night. Every apartment has roaches. Elevators are consistently down. I was there for less than 10 minutes and could already tell the staff there are rude and unprofessional. As soon as we walked in one woman barked at us about a mask when we were standing at least 15ft across the room, before I could even say hello. Then the next woman Alexis comes out with applications and as I’m asking questions she so uninterested and seems bothered that we have questions.
