For Louisa: Consultation was charged and the actual meeting was only 4 minutes long and rushed. She is not diligent with responding to time sensitive matters and the front desk will just tell to call another day and repeat in an endless loop, some days they don't even pick up. I would recommend withholding payment until service is actually rendered and complete. Our matter has been delayed for over 3 weeks and is incomplete still with no hearing back.
