After spending hours on the phone with Canon support and trying everything, I thought that we were going to have to buy a new printer or, at the very least, replace parts. That was Canon's suggestion. Jack had our printer up and going again in under 10 minutes. Thanks Jack!
I needed help fixing my new printer. Jack was able to help us within a few hours of calling. he was through and even walked me though better understanding my printer. Would 100% recommend phoenix printer repair.
I don't need these guys often, but when I do they are very responsive and most capable at solving whatever problems I'm having with my HP printer. I am not in a position of having a printer down for any length of time and Jack and his crew see to it that I am up and running quickly. And at a fair and reasonable cost. I'm very grateful for them!
